Get Ready for Your Appointment
If you have taken down a protective style, such as braids or a sew in, please make sure your hair is thoroughly combed out and ready to receive your shampoo here at the salon.
MAH Hair Extensions are available for purchase in store or on our website. We recommend purchasing one (1) week ahead of your scheduled appointment, to ensure your desired bundles are available.
Salon Policies
Please review all policies before booking. By securing your appointment, you are agreeing to all terms listed below.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call the salon. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellations/No-shows
Same day cancellations and no call/no shows are prohibited and will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Payments
No deposit is required. Your remaining balance must be paid with your card on file or a Credit/Debit Card at the register. Services rendered are non-refundable.
Children & Guests
Due to limited space, we do not allow additional guests outside of those being serviced — this includes children. At this time, I do not service children under of the age of 13.
